A native New Englander, my first exposure to South Carolina was as a
"guest" at Fort Jackson in 1967. My, how times have changed. After
visiting the Myrtle Beach area for several years, I decided this was the
perfect place to spend the rest of my life. In 1999, I purchased my home
here and have not looked back. Our people, environment, weather, and
