Hello, and thank you for your interest in Myrtle Beach real estate! My
name is Tony Arditi, and I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I moved
to South Carolina in 1998 to pursue my education at Clemson University.
There I majored in Services Marketing, with a concentration in real
estate. The strong marketing, finance and economics knowledge base I
developed there has helped me tremendously in serving my clients.

My extensive sales and listing experience encompasses all types of real
estate: single family, condominium, golf course, fine homes, land and even
leasing. I have proven year in and year out that my buyers and sellers
leave the closing table happy, and I am always pleased to provide
references.

Moving to Myrtle Beach was a no-brainer for me! The warm weather, smiling
faces, and beautiful places make the Grand Strand the perfect place to
live. We have the rare combination of small town charm and large town

In my spare time, I enjoy anything and everything outdoors, especially the
beach, fishing, hiking and boating.
