1. The 38th Annual World Famous Blue Crab Festival – May 18 and 19, 2019
With the Little River Waterfront as the backdrop for this hip and happening event, nothing says summer is coming quite like the Blue Crab Fest. Taste lots (we mean lots) of blue crab dishes, hear some live music and even have some fun with the kids. This is one of the biggest festivals of the season and not to be missed!
2. Sun Fun Festival & Parade – May 31-June 2, 2019
This summer fun festival takes place in Plyler Park in Myrtle Beach. Like its name implies, this festival and parade is all about fun in the sun.
3. Carolina Country Music Festival (CCMF) – June 6-9, 2019
CCMF is the biggest music festival in the southeast. Keep tuned to your local country radio stations to find ways to score free wristbands to attend this event as tickets/wristbands sell out fast. Anyone who is anyone in country music plays this three-day event. Be there or be square dancing alone this summer.
4. Monster Truck Beach Devastation – June 14-15, 2019
If you love adrenaline and monster trucks (who doesn’t love monster trucks?) then this event is for you! Held at the Myrtle Beach Speedway, this is one event you’ll be crushed to miss.
5. Wheels of Summer Car Show – June 22, 2019
Attend this event out at Dale Jr’s Whiskey River in North Myrtle Beach. No summer is complete without a car show full of show-stoppers and stunners.
6. Conway Riverfest – June 29, 2019
Conway’s version of an Independence Day Festival, the Conway Riverfest is known throughout the area for fun activities, games and even raft races. Add tasty food and beverages and you’ll be celebrating with southern style to kick off your Independence Day festivities.
7. Art in the Park – June 30, 2019
Head down to Market Common in the morning for this early event in Valor Memorial Garden Park. Featuring many local artists, this is one of the big events hosted by the Seacoast Artists’ Guild.

10. Myrtle Beach Pelicans Game
Head out to the ballgame at Ticketreturn.com Field to see our own local Class A Affiliate (Chicago Cubs) baseball team, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans play ball. While you’re there, enjoy the variety of concessions that feature more than just peanuts and Cracker Jacks. A Pelicans game is a home run for fun!
